Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant III supporting the Workplace Experience Global Meeting Team, you play a central role in creating seamless meeting experiences for a global organization. Your responsibilities balance operational excellence with strategic insight as you work with diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You ensure execution precision in both in-person and hybrid meetings. You lead change by partnering with IT and stakeholders to evolve workplace experience technologies that enhance the experience. You collaborate on special projects and apply data-driven approaches to drive process improvements. You partner with colleagues to ensure global business goals are met,

Primary Responsibilities:

-You serve as the main contact for meeting resources, evaluate necessary exceptions, and ensure all meetings and events satisfy company objectives and standards.

- You resolve meeting issues, adapt quickly, ensure clear communication, and enhance the user experience while following a consistent work plan and meeting service standards.

- You extensively manage room resource calendars to ensure meetings are in the appropriate spaces while moving meetings to accommodate large events or room-down scenarios. You use discretion and judgment to determine the priority of meetings.

- You use data and analytics to predict needs, find improvement opportunities, implement new processes, track results, and escalate major trends to maintain operational excellence.

- You have the ability to multi-task at a high level and execute timely tasks with competing priorities.

- You support team operations, assist with operational decisions, and contribute meaningfully to the global team dynamic while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and proactively providing solutions

- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite

- Demonstrates technical curiosity and can communicate complex topics clearly

- Demonstrates comprehensive analytical skills when addressing complex issues in situations where guidelines may lack clarity

- Demonstrates the ability to manage complex planning and dynamic projects and events with end-to-end ownership

- Demonstrates the ability to tailor communication styles to match their audience

- Demonstrates the ability to pull, organize, analyze and present data in order to support effective decision making
